We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@ippgroup.in
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost until 7 days before the event.

If a cancellation request is made less than 15 days before the event, the registration will not be eligible for a refund due to final-stage logistical commitments and resource allocations. We appreciate your understanding, as significant planning and coordination efforts are already underway during this period to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
